Vince and Tommy work for the mysterious company "Party Starter" who own the notorious Party Pete and attempt to turn Benson into a party machine. They appear in the episode "Party Re-Pete" as the main antagonists.
Appearance[]
Vince is an Italian-American with light skin, and long brown hair and beard. Tommy is an African-American with bushy black hair and beard. They both wear dark grey suits over white shirts, and black shoes. Vince wears a gold necklace around his neck, while Tommy wears a black tie.
History[]
Vince and Tommy first appeared in "Party Re-Pete" after watching Benson party with Audrey. They take Benson into a lab in Party Starter, then trap him in a cloning machine, and create a clone of Benson.
They then appear when Mordecai, Rigby, Pops, Skips, Muscle Man and Hi-Five Ghost arrive, and asked them if they seen Benson, but they deny them, and order them to leave.
They appear again as they confront Mordecai, Rigby, Pops, Skips, Muscle Man, Hi-Five Ghost, Benson, Peter Hermanverfal, Party Zoe and Party Robert from escaping. Vince orders Benson and Peter to get back in the lab, but Benson refuses, then shoots soda into the Party Pete clone.
They were arrested for their crimes while vowing revenge on Benson.
