Travis Hampton Willingham[1] (born August 3, 1981)[2] (also known as Johnny Hildo and Kent Hampton)[1][3] is a voice actor for Regular Show.

Early life

Travis Hampton Willingham was born on August 3, 1981 in Dallas, Texas.[2] He graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1999 and graduated college at Texas Christian University in May 2003 with a bachelor's degree in Theater Performance.[4]


His first work was in The Anarchist Cookbook in 2002.[4] He has voice acted in such anime as Bleach, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Digimon, and also voiced The Hulk in Super Hero Squad Show.[4][5] For his work in voice acting, he won the category of "Best Male Vocal Performance in an Anime Title in a Supporting Role" at the 1st annual BTVA Voice Acting Awards.[3] He has also acted in Secondhand Lions and Ray, although his scenes were deleted in the latter.[4] He is the current voice of Knuckles the Echidna in the Sonic the Hedgehog series of video games.[2]

Personal life

His mother is Patricia Mueller and he also has a younger brother, Carson Willingham.[3] He resides in Los Angeles, California[6] with his wife, fellow Regular Show voice actress Laura Bailey, who he married on September 25, 2011.[2][7] He is also good friends with fellow Regular Show voice actor Troy Baker.[8]
