The Complete First and Second Seasons is the fourth Regular Show DVD and first Blu-Ray to be released. It contains all 12 episodes of Season One and all 28 episodes of Season Two.
In Region 4, the DVD edition was split across two releases, with Season One and Two released separately, rather than being grouped together like in Season One. The blu-ray edition remains unchanged, with the exception of the cover being slightly altered.

- This is the first and the only Regular Show release on Blu-Ray.
- A special print of the image on the cover was inserted into 1000 random copies of this set. A video about the making of it can be found by inputting the Konami Code on the main menu: ↑↑↓↓←→←→
- For the Blu-Ray release, there are two discs for each season.
- An error is present on the standalone release of Season Two, with images from "Weekend at Benson's" and "Fists of Justice", two Season Three episodes, present on the inside cover.
- This DVD contains censored versions of "The Power", "Free Cake", Meat Your Maker" and "The Naive Man from Lolliland".
- All instances of "pissed" are changed to "ticked".
- "How in the H are we gonna fix this S?" is changed to "How in the heck are we gonna fix this stuff?"
- The line "What the hell?" is muted.
- Both standalone releases were later included in a Region 4 compilation set of Seasons One-Four and a complete series box set.
