 Quintin "Quips" Quippenger is a minor character that appears in the episode "Quips" where he was seen telling lots of corny jokes. He is a claustrophobic yeti.

Description 

Quintin Q. Quippenger , better known as Quips, is Skips' cousin, and much to the park staff's annoyance, he constantly tells horrible jokes to Skips. He lost his former job as a stand-up comedian at a comedy club and was spending the weekend at Skips' to regain his confidence and try new material. He is now the replacement of the previous Special Entertainment as a new clown. 

Quips seems to have a hard time taking things seriously, such as his close death when he angered Reginald, one of the Guardians of Eternal Youth, during a game of Drawsome at Skips' house. He consistently heckled the giant baby until he was placed in a shrinking box with Skips. He also thinks his own jokes are rather funny, as the magical reflections inside the box only made him laugh. 

Appearance

Quips wears a yellow shirt and light brown pants. He has a long hairstyle with the top straight up. His face is very similar to Skips's (hence the fact that him and Skips are cousins). In the Bachelor Party! Zingo!! preview, he is seen wearing a red shirt, with a yellow collar, saying "Skips is my best man!"

Trivia

• "Quips" revealed to be just his nickname. He used to think that he was called Quips because his last name is "Quippenger."
• Matt Price, the voice actor for Quips, is a writer for the show.
• Quips may have eternal youth, due to him being his cousin (or a very long descendent).
• He is claustrophobic.
• His catchphrase is, "Zingo!" and he says it at the end of his jokes.
• He is getting married to a woman named Monica Ellingson.
• He reveals that he doesn't have any friends.
