Matthew "Matt" Yang King[1] is an actor, writer, director and voice actor for Regular Show.[2] He joind the cast after voicing the character Yuji in the episode "I Like You Hi."
Early life[]
He was born in New York City.[2] He started playing violin at the age of 5 and studying Aikido at 8.[2] He attended college at the Tisch School of the Arts, majoring in Drama.[2] After college, he did multiple jobs, ranging from studying Zen, sweeping mats at a dojo and even being a stoker's assistant at Wall Street.[2] He acted in the broadway version of Titanic, touring in 38 of the 50 states in America, eventually settling in California, where he started acting on television.[2]
Career[]
He is best known for playing the role of Dr. Matt Lin in Strong Medicine, and has also guest starred on such shows as Friends and Frasier, and has voice acted in the video game World of Warcraft.[2] He also guest starred on Family Guy as an Asian man, but he was overdubbed by creator Seth MacFarlane, who thought he could voice the character better.[3] When not acting, he works on his own webseries, The World of Steam, "a Twilight Zone-like series set in a Steampunk universe."[4]

Personal life[]
He resides in Los Angeles, California with his wife and three children, two of which being daughters.[2] He also has a nephew.[3]
