Leon, a.k.a. Utopia, or Upe for short, was a full-time homeless character who appeared in "Benson Be Gone".
Leon wore a brown hat, black clothing, and had long, black hair along with a beard. He also has a large forehead covered in grease, possibly due to poor hygiene. He claimed that this grease is his shower: "The grease on my forehead is my shower".
He was the former park manager, before Benson became manager but he became very obsessed with a life of slacking. His careless lifestyle provoked Benson into getting his old job back as Park Manager.
Benson was initially driving Mr. Maellard's limo in order to stop Susan but Leon pulled up beside him in the Cart and entered the Limo. He pushed Benson out of the car and took the wheel, stating that he's already had his season of slacking and that Benson still has a life to live. Leon then saved everyone by rolling Mr. Maellard's the limo at high speed so he could slice off Giant Susan's high heels. This unfortunately sealed his fate as the limo rolled and smashed into a wall, exploding the car and killing him.
His final word before death was: "Utopia" (he also showed a peace sign).
- When Benson runs away from Leon, Leon's hat is gray and when Benson says "I have to get my old job back", his hat is back to brown.
- He made a cameo in one of the paintings in the Hall of Park Managers in Bad Portrait, verifying that he was once in-fact a park manager.
