Joshua Luis Wiener,[1] better known as Josh Keaton[2] (born February 8, 1979)[2] is an American actor, singer, music producer and a voice actor for Regular Show.[3]

Early life and career

Joshua Luis Wiener was born on February 8, 1979 in Los Angeles, California.[4] He began acting as a child after winning a role in a commercial at his older sister's audition.[5] His first voiceover role was providing the voice of Linus in a Peanuts special, also voicing Linus in Met-Life advertisements.[5] He continued acting, providing the voice of Jules Brown in the animated adaption of the Back to the Future film series, where he earned three Young Artist Award nominations, winning one in 1992.[6] He has also voiced Spider-Man, which is also his favorite comic book, Spyro the Dragon and Hal Jordan in the Green Lantern series.[5] He also provided the voice of young Hercules and Takashi Shirogane, which earned him another Young Artist Award nomination.[6] His voice acting agency is DPN (Danis, Panaro & Nist).[1] He also attended the University of Southern California, majoring in Communication.[7] Keaton has also appeared on General Hospital.[8]

Personal life

Keaton also has three sisters, his older sister having performed in pageants and talent shows and his younger sister Danielle providing the voice of Sally in Met-Life advertisements, just as her brother did with Linus.[4][5] He is also married to a woman.[5]
