Regular Show Fluxx was an official Regular Show card game released by Looney Labs in 2014.
Synopsis[]
With your Eggscellent Hat and the awesome power of The Power you can join Mordecai, Rigby and the whole gang! Do your friends a solid and distract the Destroyer of Worlds to save The Park...but don't let Benson catch you doing donuts, or you're fired!
Rules & How-to-Play[]
Overview[]
Fluxx games are all about change. Beginning with just a couple of simple rules, the game gradually becomes more complex as new rules are added. At first there will be no way to win-that's what Goal cards are for. Each Goal is different, but they all require you to collect cards called Keepers. As soon as your Keepers match the current Goal, you win!
Types of Cards[]
Each turn, you will Draw at least one card, add it to your hand, and Play at least one card. Here's how each type of card is used in the game:
- New Rules change the way the game works. When a New Rule is played, you must adapt to it right away. When a New Rule contradicts a card already in play, the old rule is discarded.
- Keepers are what you need in order to win. Keep them in front of you after playing.
- Goals indicate which Keepers you currently need in order to win.
- Actions are single-use cards. Follow the instructions on the card, then discard it.
Limits: At first there will be no limitations on the number of cards you can hold in your hand or Keepers you have in play - but Hand and Keeper Limit cards will create such restrictions. These rules only affect you when it's NOT your turn, so you can ignore them until your turn ends. When someone plays a new Limit rule, the other players must immediately comply with the new restriction, discarding cards of their choice as needed.
Setup[]
Place the Basic Rules card in the center of the table.
Shuffle the deck and deal three cards to each player.
Establish the draw pile by placing the remainder of the deck face down where everyone can reach it.
Going First[]
The dealer goes first. Or choose a player at random.
Play proceeds clockwise.
How to Win[]
The game continues until someone meets the conditions of the current Goal. That player wins instantly, no matter whose turn it is! (If a tie, the game continues until one winner emerges.)
Other Notes[]
- Regarding Discarding: You cannot simply discard unwanted cards. You can only discard if compelled to by a Hand Limit or similar compulsion. (Yes, this means you could end up being forced to play a card that makes someone else win.)
- Reshuffling: If the Draw pile runs out, shuffle the Discard pile, turn it over to make a new Draw pile, and keep playing.
- Cards In Play: Whenever something mentions a card "in play," this refers to a card that is face up on the table, but not in the discard pile. Keepers must be in play for you to meet a Goal that requires them. If a Keeper has a special power, you must have it in play in order to make use of its bonus ability.
- Free Actions: Some cards allow for bonus actions which can be taken at any time during your turn. Since they don't count as plays, they are called Free Actions.
- Jumping In: New players may join at any time by being dealt a hand of three cards.
- Dropping Out: Players can exit the game at any time. Just discard your hand and all of the cards you have in play.

Actions[]
Jackpot!: Draw 3 extra cards!*
Let's Simplify: Discard your choice of up to half (rounded up) of the new rule cards in play.*
Draw 3, Play 2 of Them: Set your hand aside. Draw 3 cards and play 2 of them. Discard the last card, then pick up your hand and continue with your turn. This card, and all cards played because of it, are counted as a single play.*
Discard and Draw: Discard your entire hand, then draw as many cards as you discarded. Do not count this card when determining how many cards to draw.*
Trade Hands: Trade your hand with any of your opponents. This is one of those times when you can get something for nothing!*
Rewind: Look through the discard pile, choose any Goal you find there, and add it to your hand.*
Do Me A Solid: Give this card to another player. They must keep this displayed until the next time they draw a Keeper, which they must immediately give to you. Then discard this, and the Keeper you gained is added to your hand.
Steal Something: Take your choice of any Keeper of Creeper from in front of another player and put it in front of you.
Let's Do That Again!: Search through the discard pile. Take any action or new rule card you wish and immediately play it. Anyone may look through the discard pile at any time, but the order of what's in the pile should not be changed.*
Rock-Paper-Scissors Showdown: Challenge another player to a 3-round Rock-Paper-Scissors tournament. Winner takes loser's entire hand of cards.
Death Punch of Death: The player of your choice must discard their entire hand of cards.
Rules Reset: Reset to the Basic Rules. Discard all New Rule cards, and leave only the Basic Rules in play. Do not discard the current Goal.*
Exchange Keepers: Pick any Keeper another player has on the table and exchange it for one you have on the table. If you have no Keepers in play, or if no one else has a Keeper, nothing happens.*
Draw 2 and Use 'Em: Set your hand aside. Draw 2 cards, play them in any order you choose, then pick up your hand and continue with your turn. This card, and all cards played because of it, are counted as a single play.*
Random Tax: Take a card at random from the hand of each other player and add these cards to your own hand.*
Step Off!: Discard any card of any type in play anywhere in the game.
Mix It All Up!: Gather up all the Keepers and Creepers on the table, shuffle them together, and deal them back out to all players, starting with yourself.
Creeper Sweeper: All Creepers in play are discarded.
Trash a New Rule: Select one of the new rule cards in play and place it in the discard pile.*
Toons Never Die: Look through the discard pile, choose any Keeper you find there, and play it again.*
Stolen Time Machine: If another player has the Time Machine in play, move it to be in front of you. If no one has the TIme Machine, take an extra turn after this turn. (expansion pack only)
New Rules[]
Get On With It!: Before your final play, if you are not empty handed, you may discard your entire hand and draw 3 cards. Your turn then ends immediately.*
Time Doorway: Once during your turn, if any player has the Time Machine on the table, you can draw a card and immediately play it.
Goal Mill: Once during your turn, discard as many of your goal cards as you choose, then draw that many cards.*
Recycling: Once during your turn, you may discard one of your Keepers from the table and draw 3 extra cards.*
Play 2/3/4: Play 2/3/4 cards per turn. If you have fewer than that, play all your cards.*
Play All But 1: Play all but 1 of your cards. Draw an extra card if you started with none and only drew one.*
Play All: Play all your cards per turn.*
Draw 2/3/4/5: If you just played this card, draw extra cards as needed to reach 2/3/4/5 cards drawn.*
Keeper Limit 3/4: You can only have 3/4 Keepers in play. Discard extras immediately. You may play new Keepers during your turn as long as you discard to 3/4 when your turn ends.*
Hand Limit 1/2/3/4: You can only have 1/2/3/4 card(s) in your hand. Discard extras immediately. During your turn this rule does not apply to you; discard at the end of your turn.*
Cartoon Talk: If you speak with a cartoon character's voice during your turn, draw 1 extra card. Draw 2 extra cards if you've been continuing to use your funny voice since your previous turn.*
Yeah-yuh!: You must say "Yeah-yuh!" every time you play a Keeper. If you fail to do this, and someone points it out, that player gets the Keeper you were playing instead of you.*
Knowledge of the Future: Draw 1 extra card if you have the Time Machine, and/or Future Mordecai, and/or Future Rigby on the table in front of you. (expansion pack only)
