David V. Hope (born October 14, 1964) (also known as David V. Kaye and better known as David Kaye) is a voice actor on Regular Show. On Regular Show, he has voiced the leader of the Guardians of Eternal Youth. Other roles he's played can be seen below. He resides in Los Angeles, California.

Early life and career

He was born in Peterbourugh, Ontario, Canada. He began his voice acting career in 1989, voicing General Hawk in G.I. Joe. He has voice acted on such projects as the video game series Ratchet and Clank and the anime Inuyasha. He also has acted in live-action, being in such films as Happy Gilmore. He has also been nicknamed "The Man of a thousand voices." Kaye's favorite animes are Fushigi Yuugi and Pokemon and his favorite television show is Beast Wars.
