Dale "The Deltoid" Deseeko has been Muscle Man's arch enemy since the day Muscle Man became ripped. Dale is super ripped and wants to beat Muscle Man in the Power Tower Biceptennial, showing the world who the real Muscle Man is.
Appearance[]
Dale is super ripped and always tenses his muscles to show off. He is taller and larger than Muscle Man, and probably stronger. He wears a red cap, a vest, and trousers.
Personality[]
Dale is very proud and thinks he is the best at everything. He got taught a lesson when Muscle Man did the Shredder and beat him in Power Tower.
