DC Douglas is a voice actor for Regular Show, primarily known for voicing Colonel Rawls, as well as various other characters in the show's eighth and final season.
Outside of Regular Show, he is best known for his roles as Pa Kettle in Z Nation, and Zepht in Star Trek: Enterprise.
