Agent Costello is a character that appeared in "Steak Me Amadeus". He was along with Kessler asking Mordecai various questions about the Amadeus Dollars and was briefing Mordecai while he was sitting with Margaret. He was also there during the shooting at the end of the episode.

- It can be seen that he has a much calmer demeanor than Kessler, this can be seen when he calms her down after threatening Mordecai.
- He bears a certain resemblance to FBI agent Fox Mulder from the television series The X-Files.
