Commander Romanoff is a commander of the Russian Federation CCCP. He is a supporting antagonist in Regular Show. He appears in the episode The Real Thomas.

After baby Nikolai (Thomas) was found by CCCR, they raised him as a weapon.
After Thomas was embraced by new mom from M.O.M.M, Natalia, Commander Romanoff orders them an operation of Park Lift.
He appears along with Karpov and Premier Koshkov confronted by President Davis, Secretary Clifton and General McMurphy.
However after Natalia's death at the hands of Thomas and park crew, USA rejoice in victory as Romanoff along with Russians humiliated and defeated.
