City is the apparent name for the location of Regular Show. As the name implies, it is simply a city. As of now, every episode of Regular Show has had City as the main location, with few episodes venturing beyond it. For Season Eight, however, Space was the main location until the finale.
The Park was a battlefield in the Revolutionary War, possibly placing the City somewhere on the East Coast.
In Exit 9B, Skips names two highways that meet in Upstate South Carolina.
However, there is overwhelming evidence that the City is located in the Southwestern U.S, most likely Southern California:
In "Busted Cart", at 4:52, a highway sign can be seen which features the placard for Interstate 40 and reads "Stateline". Interstate 40's western end begins in Barstow, California, and continues east through Arizona. A map featured at 5:34 indicates that this is the highway the group is traveling on.
Just above the I-40 placard is a CA State Route placard with the number 68. CA-68 is an actual highway in Monterey County, California.
The same map indicates that I-40 intersects and runs parallel/converges with U.S. Route 93, which begins in Central-West Arizona.
In "Sandwich of Death", The Sensai takes Mordecai, Rigby and Benson to find the Sandwich of Life. At 4:18, they get on the I-5 North- Interstate 5 is a key highway is the Los Angeles area that runs the whole length of the U.S. West Coast.
In "Prankless", it reveals that the city is located somewhere in the central United States. It is mentioned to be in the states in The Postcard.
City is most likely in Southern California, or possibly Arizona, New Mexico, or Texas, considering the weather and the distance to "the border" as seen in "Trailer Trashed" as well as the general topography and environment around the city.
The city is most likely a stand-in for the City of Los Angeles, as the skyline resembles that of Downtown L.A.
Also, in Rigby's Graduation Day Special, the flag of California is seen on the stage at the graduation ceremony, further suggesting that the City is in California.
