PS: Why did Pops look so upset when he misunderstood what they were doing with Rigby's things?
Because he misunderstood what he needed to bring and felt embarassed.

Honestly, though, I have a possible feeling with this special that season 8 may possibly be, well.... the final season. That's just my belief, but we will see where it goes from there.
If season 8 were the final season, I'd guess that while in space the Park somehow loses its weirdness/insaneness, and afterwards is put back on Earth and the characters get to live regular lives.
Of course that's just a theory
Wait, didn't Benson know about this in his P-Mail?
I haven't had the chance to see it yet.
The shorts that were aired during Season 7 took up one production code, so that's why it had 39 episodes instead of 40.
The impression I got from the way this episode ended was that the show's creators actually wanted this to be the final episode, to end the show on a high, but instead were under a contract with CN to make one more season that they couldn't back out of, or something.
Season Eight WILL be the final season, and hopefully Mordo will stop being a mook and try to win back CJ...or talk to her at least.
Um, yes it will be the final season, but the park is still in space and that will have to wait until we find out. But why would Dr. Langer be a park sendoff professor?
Never gonna happen, seriously?
Never gonna happen, seriously?
Geeze, not even talk to her? That's a depressing thought.
Never gonna happen, seriously?
Well mainly because:
1) This Season is continuing where they left off.
2) Based on some episodes which may take place in space.
3) Some Characters are probably limited to what they got now or introduce new ones as the episode plays along.
4) We don't know if any episode would play the part where some of the characters (e.g. Thomas, CJ, Margaret and the others would try to figure out on how they'll able to get Mordecai and the others back or figure out about what Mr. Maellard and Dr. Langer plan is hidng from others that they don't know of.
But like I said, it better to wait and see for what this last season has in store for us.
