I'm going to take a guess and say it'll have something to do with him maybe...losing weight?

One possibility could be that Muscle Man is going to propose to Starla--everyone knows that there's someone's wedding coming up this season. It would explain it would be the end of Muscle Man's life as a bachelor living by himself. Even Death's comment could possibly be referencing marriage, as I'm sure he might find it miserable. I can't quite tell if the rest of the details in the clip would make sense with that, though, like Dr. Henry being involved and Muscle Man not telling his park friends about his plan of proposal. So this one's really shaky, although it might be possible.
Woah, I really like this idea. How funny would it be if everyone got all angst up and it just turned out to be Muscle Man proposing (word "just" being used relatively)? Imagine all the double entendre jokes they could do! But yeah, then there's the question of where Dr. Henry and Death fits into all this. Hmm. Maybe like Jessie said, he's going on an extreme dieting program to get in shape beforehand and asked Death to do him a solid by letting him train in hell (cause hey what better place to feel the burn?) It's not impossible to write around if they do decide to go this route.
I think the episode would be about "The End" of something, but I don't think it's Muscle Man's life. That's what everything's been hinting at, but maybe that's the joke. I kinda like everyone's reaction in the promo like "Nah, he can't really be talking about what we think he's talking about. Can he?"
btw: anyone notice a distinct lack of Thomas in season 6 so far? He wasn't at assembly in New Bro on Campus or here. And I don't think I've seen him in the Halloween promo. I dunno, maybe it's just a coincidence.
Ooh, great ideas, Tansy and Gonk! Those are good ideas.
Also, yup, I have noticed a lack of Thomas, Gonk.

I swear, Regular Show is the only cartoon that makes me want to consider every possible outcome for the benefit of the characters. I think this is the first time a promo actually made me worry about what could happen in regards to a character's life. I'd like to believe that it is something minor, (Well, minor to us, anyway) but I'm honestly not sure at this point. If Death and Dr. Henry are getting involved, who knows what could happen to Muscle Man?
I like how Gonk mentioned that Muscle Man might want to train in the underworld in order to impress Starla. That seems like something he would want to do, considering how much he's already done for her throughout the series. Now that I think about it, didn't Muscle Man already attempt to lose weight in Last Meal? Though he could try to be losing a few pounds again, it seems more likely that he just wants to show off for his girlfriend. (Or, as according to the posts above, his future wife) Sometimes I just wish Muscle Man could be himself and tell Starla how he really feels about her without the aid of his friends/enemies. It makes you wonder if he'll ever be able to handle a relationship with her. (Wow, this just got really deep. Sorry for those of you who weren't interested in a philosophical viewpoint. XD)
Hmm... what if Death is actually playing a prank on Muscle Man? Perhaps Muscle Man pranked him in the past, and he is simply trying to get revenge. As for Dr. Henry, maybe Death convinced him to play along by putting his life (Or a family member's) at stake. As crazy and disturbing as it sounds, I could definitely see a scenario like this playing out.
I'd like to say I have another theory about this, but I honestly don't. Tansyflower and Gonkhnation already came up with very good ideas, so I'm probably wrong as usual. (Oh well, you can't win 'em all! XD) I just hope that The End of Muscle Man isn't the literal end of Muscle Man.
As for the lack of Thomas, I'm actually thinking that might be on purpose. It could possibly have something to do with the half hour special that's supposed to be focused on him, but anything can happen on Regular Show. Maybe he's only been absent because there's really no reason for him to be there until he makes a major appearance. Sometimes I wish I were friends with the creators so I could have them tell me what the heck they're planning on doing for future episodes. XD

Other reasons might be some sort of health problem Muscle Man's facing, maybe he quits his job, or something else I'm not even imagining at the moment. As far as we know for what's going on, the clip's being really vague yet really detailed, so I get the feeling that this won't be a minor thing for Muscle Man. I'm sure glad this episode is still on next Thursday and it wasn't moved a week later due to TTOTP IV on Wednesday, though, because I'm more hooked on "The End of Muscle Man" than before the promo came out.
I too belive that is may be about him getting married, however not everything is adding up,but this is regular show we are talking about XD.

Marriage could certainly be described, as Death put it "A brutal place filled with misery and anguish". Certainly sounds like a lot of my friends who are married, lol!

I agree with all of you cause JG said that there is gonna be a wedding episode but Death is married and he's seem happy with it. But why would he said a brutal place filled with misery and anguish if it is marriage?

I think either death is truly killing mitch OR death is just a red herring because one could say death is friendly twoards the gang for the favors they did for them, and may truly be helping MM,Plus death would have probobly said something during the hotdog contest about when he will die next.

You'll understand when you get older
