The Animal Shelter Receptionist is a minor character featured in "A Bunch of Baby Ducks".
The Animal Shelter Receptionist has only appeared in the episode "A Bunch of Baby Ducks". As a young man, his job is being the front desk clerk for the County Animal Shelter. Mordecai and Rigby follow Margaret's advice on taking the ducks to the animal shelter, but the Receptionist would not accept the ducks due to their violent behavior, i.e. injuring each other, a dog and a garden snake with their karate chopping.
He has dark-brown, curly hair, a light blue, buttoned shirt with a collar and a cream-colored worker's apron.
"Can I help ya?"
"All right, I'll have to ask you to fill out some paperwork. You can start by-- are those ducks karate chopping each other?!"
